48 hours, one brief, no hand-holding. Teams of up to four turn a half-formed idea into something strangers can poke at.

01 / The idea
A festival, not a conference
SIGNAL/27 is a three-day gathering for people who make things with computers — and people who make things with everything else. Expect half-finished demos, unreasonably strong coffee, and the particular joy of watching an idea survive its first night.
Built by students, for students. Open to every campus, every major, every skill level. If you have never shipped anything before, come anyway. That is sort of the point.
48 hours, one brief, no hand-holding. Teams of up to four turn a half-formed idea into something strangers can poke at.
HackathonTalks and workshops from people who've shipped real things — and broken real things. Bring questions, leave with opinions.
Stage + LabsA yard full of food stalls, loud music and people who get it. The best part of any conference is the hallway. Ours is outside.
The Yard02 / The shape of it
Three days, loosely planned
Check-in, team matching, the opening keynote and the first sprint brief. Doors at 09:00 sharp.
Workshops by day, hacking by night. Mentors on the floor until 2am, coffee until later.
Demos, judging, awards, and a closing party you will still be talking about next semester.
03 / Stay tuned
